But if you live in the past, you’ll remain in the past. If you focus continuously on the problems you will live in the problems. Your past does not have to be your future.

If you focus on your goals your dreams and the solutions to the problems then you will achieve happiness and the life you want!

What’s holding you back? Why aren’t you fulfilled? What are your goals? Why haven’t you achieved them? Are you often sad, overwhelmed, depressed? What emotions control you? P. Seligman, Tony Robbins, Cloe Madaness and countless others, my training in Medical School, Residency, and 15 years of clinical experience, I now feel like I have a unique set of skills and capability, as well as an even greater obligation to diagnose, treat and reshape the lives of my patients and clients.

Adam Milman, MD, is dedicated to the health and well-being of the client's mind and body. He started practicing in 2008 and treats complex Primary Care cases, but has a specific interest in non pharmaceutical based strategies to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, and lifestyle-induced health problems, utilizing a multifaceted approach.
